Amazing Features & Benefits
With Enviropac.... Less is more!
The Space Race
It doesn't matter if it is onboard or on the ground, space costs money. Therefore, if you can fit more into the same or even less space that means cost savings. Additionally, if it means you don't run out of something that you are selling it equates to extra revenue which, as we all know, is the lifeblood of business.
Serving for serving Enviropac allows you to fit 400% more into the same space that means a ¼ of the space used or 4x as many customers served or 4x the revenue generated from the same amount of space.
Watching the Weight
| PET Miniature | Enviropac | Weight Saving | Saving as a percentage | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Full | 60g | 23g | 37g | 61% less weight |
| Empty | 17g | 1g | 16g | 94% less weight |
If you have to transport it, weight is not good. That's why the Enviropac was designed to be lightweight. At only 1g it weighs 94% less than the outdated PET miniature bottle. This equates to a weight saving, per pallet that we ship, of 120kg* or a burly rugby player at 18st 12lb.
Less weight, less fuel, less cost...... more profit
Waste not want not
It goes without saying less waste is a good thing. That is why we at Sachet Systems are very proud that serving for serving when compared to traditional PET Miniatures the Enviropac:
Packaging Waste Initiatives
Sachet Systems brought the Enviropac to the market 7 years ago and in that time we have been selling to a variety of companies around the globe who have been innovative enough to embrace our concept of less and lighter packaging equating to more profit.
WRAP, a government funded not-for-profit company, works with public, private and community bodies all over the UK to promote sustainable waste management. The Courtauld Commitment is a voluntary agreement between WRAP and major UK retail organisations that aims 'to deliver absolute reductions in packaging waste by 2010'.
Sachet Systems has been delivering this since the day Enviropac was first conceived and every time we ship another pallet load of spirits we save approx 110kg of packaging waste going to landfill, compared to the traditional PET miniature bottles.

Ever felt like you are being taxed for breathing? It isn't quite that bad yet, but getting there fast. We Sachet Systems understand that whether you believe it or not CO2 is seen as the big demon so we have designed Enviropac to be as CO2 efficient as possible, right from the start of manufacturing to the disposal at the end.
Safety First
No Glass, No Hard Plastic and No Metal the soft flexible yet incredibly strong enviropac is never going to be responsible for causing injury to anyone. That's one less thing to worry about in these security conscious times we live in.
Furthermore Enviropac is tamper evident making it is impossible to empty and refill once it leaves our bonded manufacturing facility. Again, another potential security hazard significantly reduced.
Drinkaware
Do you know what a unit of alcohol actually is?
No neither did we till we spoke to Drinkaware. However a single serving of spirits typically equates to one unit of alcohol so a PET miniature is 2 (50ml) units and an Enviropac is 1 (25ml) unit.
This means that if spirits are still being served in PET miniatures each drink equates to approx 66% of a Man's and approx 100% of a Woman's guideline daily allowance of alcohol. Not a long term problem as most people don't fly everyday but when coupled with the increased potency of alcohol at altitude, a normally placid person could quickly become intoxicated and cause a disturbance, or worse, become violently aggressive putting staff, other passengers or even a whole aeroplane at risk.
Logistics
Enviropac weighs less and takes up less space which means that it can be transported in smaller more fuel efficient trucks. This means it is less expensive for us to deliver driving down the cost to our customers equating to more profit for them.
Once delivered the space saving qualities of Enviropac come into their own taking up a 1/3rd of the space when palletised compared to traditional PET Miniature bottles and freeing up what is always much needed and expensive square footage for other uses.
